Notes

Soaked 25g of American medium toasted oak chips in 250ml of honey Jack Daniels. Trying to replicate secondary aging in burbon barrels with honey notes. Chips and Burbon will go into secondary for 2 weeks. Interestingly the honey burbon and oak mixture is very tasty by itself as a short.
