Split even between (2) 6.5 gallon carboys. One will get dark cherry puree, the other half a tropical fruit blend. Each fermenter gets 1 pack of Danstar Belle Saison yeast. Pureed fruits are added after the initial fermentation slows down. See notes for more fruit info. Have fun and....R.D.W.H.A.H.B
