Notes
Mash 1.2kg grain @ 68degC (got 65) for 60min.
3L strike water @ 75degC
5L sparge water @ 68degC
Boil and cool 12L water in fermenter to 20degC.
Boil 8L wort and add DME & LME.
Hops 15g Bravo (60min)
Hops 5g Cascade (5min)
Cool to 24degC and add to fermenter.
OG = 1052, FG = 1017, 4.6% ABV
Bottle 20/04/2015
Used 90g Maltodextin by mistake.
Rebottled 2weeks later using 90g table sugar.
