Notes

Really poor efficiency, probably because wheat malt didn't get broken up enough. Resulted in very hoppy pale ale. Won't use Centennial as a dry hop in such a light malt beer again - likely go with something with a brighter citrus character.

Turned out to be a pretty good beer, but will not brew again without a dry hop change.
