My first single hop IPA
3/3/2015 Brew Date
3/16/2015 FG Reading 1.011; Nice taste. Little residual sweetness compared to earlier IPAs I have brewed. Thinking the late addition of cane sugar helped, as well as getting its FG down to target.
Dry Hopped with 3-4 ounces of Cluster
