Notes
I set the efficiency to 65% on this recipe, since I lose efficiency in my system with this much grain. If you can do better, the grain bill can be reduced.
When I brewed this, the FG settled to about 1.025 with WLP001, which was on target. The beer tastes mostly as expected, but I get a mild fruity taste. I think the cause is under-pitching/aerating, not the recipe.
