Notes

Steep grains 20-30 min. carapils is for beer head. Add malts and sugar and first hop,boil 45 min. Add second hop at last 10-15 min with the peel from 2 oranges. Cool wart pitch and leave in primary for 6-8 days. Move to secondary for 7 days this helps clarify. Bottle and enjoy. .5 tsp. corn sugar per 12z bottles. Leave 2 weeks.
You can use grapefruit peel instead of orange for a different flavor.
