The original Hoegaarden clone had a very soft water profile, which whilst it may be true to style, I didn't like so I am boosting this one with some salts. |

Notes
A double batch of Wheat beer for the wedding.
I shall ferment separately and add raspberries & lemon zest/peel to one and leave the other one plain.
I have based this recipe upon the original Hoegaarden clone I did a few years ago.
I have upped the Coriander seeds and the oranges so we shall see how this turns out.
It should go down well at the wedding, who doesn't like a wheat beer!?!?!
