East Kent Goldings hops were supposed to be at 10 minutes, but I forgot to add them.

1.5 cups for 5 gal, down from 1.69 in recipe=0.375qt.
For 3 gal =

FSG (25 Feb): 1.020
ABV: 6.04%
Added 0.8 cups of 45% bourbon. Final ABV 6.3%?
