This beer is fantastic! It is really light in color and bursting with hop flavor. This is the first time I have had any desire to brew another batch of one of my recipes. The late addition hopping is amazing..such fantastic hop presence! I really like the Wyeast 1099 strain also. I had never used it before and I am pleasantly surprised. Aside from some hop bits floating around, it is pretty clear and seems to have settled out nicely.
