Starting Mash Thickness:
1.2 qt/lb

Notes
Yeast starter 24 hours prior to brewing.
Total water volume to hold is 8 gallons incase of spillage of PH-7 water.
Mash 3.5 gallons in at 172 degrees to bring mash temperature to 155 for 60 min.
Fly sparge until desired boil level is reached at 6.5 gal.
Boil, chill, ferment for 7, dry hop.
Rack to secondary if desired.
Carbonate via keg or bottle.
