Chop apples fine. Start with 2 TBS cinnamon, 1/2tp cloves, 1/2 tsp nutmeg & 1/2 tsp allspice & 1/2 C sugar. Macerate overnight before adding to secondary

This batch turned out really, really good. Would definitely brew again.
