Notes

NOTES:
In a small pot heat 1 gal. of water to 170 F.

Add flaked barley and 2 row to water in muslin bag.

sparge with 2 gallons of 200 water.

mash for 20 minutes.

While waiting add 2 gal. water to brew pot and bring to boil.

Once mash is done add to the brew pot along with DME and 0.5 oz of hops.

Boil 40 min.

Add additional 0.5 oz hops and boil 5 min.

cool to 200 F add 1 oz hops.
