Notes

Though it may not seem it from the IBU, this is the hoppiest beer I have ever come upon; makes Dark Horse's appear mild. It's actually an acquired taste, and definitely a niche-beer. Its very citrusy and refreshing, but also has a grassy, piney flavor. Nevertheless, it's one of my favorites, and its very easy to brew. Color should be somewhat cloudy at first almost like a WitBier, but should settle after bottling.
