Notes
OG came in at 1.049-50 so happy with that.
Racked to secondary after 9 days reading 1.010 so looking good.
Second time brewing came OG .051-52 in Primary now racked to secondary after 9 days finish at .010 Dry hopped another .5 of Simcoe.
10/6/15 - OG .047 a little low added water to 5 gal before testing hydrometer thats fine I want it under 5% so we'll see. Pitched at 61.
10/16 - FG .009 for 5%
