Notes
This is my take on continuous hopping a-la Dogfish Head 60-minute I.P.A., using all of my I.P.A.-appropriate hop pellets and adding them slowly every 5 minutes. I added the hops SLOWLY, taking 2-3 minutes/oz. This has only just gone into bottles, so I'll update when it's done and let you know how this monster turned out.
