Notes
This is an experiment brew. I actually used a 5 gal mash with 12lbs of 6 row pale malt, then sparged with 5 gal of water at 175F. Then I split the wort into two boil kettles one with Galaxy hops from Australia and one with Wai-iti hops from New Zealand.
