Brewed this weekend! Started with around 8gallons in the kettle, ended up with 5.5 in the fermentor. Trub loss in the keggle is pretty significant. Ended up with an OG of 1.052 and FG should finish around 1.016...which will give me around 4.73. The beer smells great and a bit sweet. My wife ended up baking muffins with the spent grains! They are AWESOME! Let me know if anyone has any suggestions or improvements.
