Brewed it today. 2 mah tun coolers. 8% on the dot. This software is solid. Kudos mathematicians and software coders. The batch is BIG. came out quite biscuity but mashing at 150-1 should keep the 'sweet big IPA' at bay. I think this is going to be a significant batch. All ofit will be BOTTLE FERMENTED in 95 champagne bottles. Life is Good
