Notes

First run at an APA...
The 2 first days of fermentation were @ 13 deg C
(a bit too low... but it was bubbling steadily after 12 hours) I will try to warm up the wort but keep it on the low side for experience sake!

2 weeks in primary + 1 week DH

Test 2 weeks after bottling: still a "sweet" beer well balanced by bittering hops. Aroma is really good and flavour to my taste.
