Mash all grainds except Acidulated malt at 148 for 60 mins, add acidulated malt and hold as close to 148 as possible for another 45 minutes.
Sparge at 170 then boil for 60 mins.
Follow additive and hop schedule.
Primary for 2 weeks, Secondary for 1 week.
