Produced a bright red brown ale with a creamier than anticipated head. I might dial back the dextrine malt next batch. Would have appreciated a fermentation schedule, but many of the other Smithwick clones took about a week, and this recipe followed suit. Tasty out of the keg; will be really interested in how the bottles fare after a full month of conditioning.
