Notes
Tried a 2-step mash. The first step was around 131 and the second step around 158, which was much warmer than I was aiming for. The result was a mash that was not very fermentable. I also had very low effieciency because I did a pure brew in the bag and was lazy about sparging.
Has a very nice, malty taste desipte being a light beer. Perhaps I'll just count this one as a happy accident.
