Notes
This is a late season harvest ale brewed with butternut squash and maple syrup. British ale yeast leaves a nice malty finish. Just in time for thanksgiving. Roast butternut squash before adding to the mash. Rice hulls are a must. Add the maple syrup to the primary after several days of fermenting. Cheers!
