Notes
For 10 gallons: 4 lbs clover honey and 20 saffron threads added to end of the boil. 2 qt of white muscat grape juice added after active fermantation (3 or 4 days). Let ferment another 5 to 7 days and then rack to secondary. Let condition for 12 to 14 days.
