Notes
Mash at 149 with 15 quarts. Add 8 quarts of boiling water to bring water/grain to 170. Then sparge with 12 quarts of 170.
Mash temp was low. Came in around 145 and added two tea pots of boiling water. Rest of brew day went as planned.
OG was 1.052
