I'll be brewing this recipe on Sat 9/15 as a maiden voyage on the new 30 gal Ruby Street Brewing system I got for the store.I need to dial in the numbers so I wanted to do a step mash with the rims set up. I also don't have any idea what kind of efficiency to expect. This should be long, fun day!
My Brewter in Law, Todd, will be helping with the event and we'll both take home 10 gallons for our efforts.
We'll likely pitch 4 different strains of yeast for comparison.
I'll post again after the brew with the results.
