Target Water Profile
London (Porter, dark ales)
Notes
the first decoction volume was too small (almost all solids!!!) to reach my usual 68 deg C sach' rest
so...second decoction to reach it after a 20 mn rest at 64
boil took a huge toll on volume so ended up with 21 litres @ 1.062 gravity
Recipe is now out of style... did not bother diluting the wort...
Bottled after 16 days in primary fermenter
FG = 1.012
beer tastes dry and fresh, no intense banana nor cloves notes.
