Notes
Very good ipa I found, the first beer I decided to make a second time. As soon as I flame out I add the hops that I put at 0 min hop stand then I chill the wort to 120 as soon as I can wait 60 min then add the rest of the hops. After primary fermentation is finished I add the dry hops for at least 10 days after the 10 days I move the beer to an oak barrel for about a month. It picks up the sweet oak flavor while still having that strong ipa bite. my favorite brew I have made so far I'm thinking it's going to be a continuing brew I do.
