replaced Calypso with Citra in my recent brewing and still turned out to be a good beer.

Hi!, when you add the final hops at Boil end (0 min.), how much time do you leave them in the kettle? right before passing the worth to the fermenter (after cooling, before pitching?). Tnks!!!

Hi @4lejandrito
just turn off the flame and drop the hops, then cool down the wort before pitching yeast. That's what I did.
