Notes
SMASH CONE!!!! OK..... 7G Gypsum in mash/ 7g Gypsum & 7g Calcium Chloride in boil. 152 mash in temp/ 160 strike. Take 1 gallon first runnings and boil for 15 minutes during run off... 75min boil... 300ml of 1056 from work @ 66-68F... Fantastic brew day!
Fridge running good 8 day primary @ 65ºF. Harvest and dry hop day 8.
