Notes

Changed recipe to add a little sugar to see if this can help dry the saison out a but more.

I'm also going to go for a LARGE yeast pitch - Looking at a double pitch i.e. Lager size pitch.

I will also focus more on ramping up to 27/28cc. Changing .5c per day from day 4-5.

HOPS - Saw an article which used Lemondrop hops. I thought this would add a nice element to the saison spice.
