Mash ph was perfect 5.4 and 5.4

Pre boil 66 litres 1.042 about 1 hour 20 mins. Boiled down to 52-53. Another 25 mins reduced to 46.

Not sure about mash temp, maybe around 66C


One keg was short about 5 litres. Need to aim for 48 instead of 43 as the target.
