Based recipe on Frankenberry Weissbier recipe from byo.com at https://byo.com/article/breakfast-cereal-brews/ .
1) Did a 2-step yeast starter (1L each), starting 8 DAYS before brew day (2d grow, 2d decant, 2d grow, 2d decant).
Used the brewersfriend calc: https://www.brewersfriend.com/yeast-pitch-rate-and-starter-calculator/ to confirm yeast count yield .
2) Add Fermcap prior to boil.
3) Chill to 70F.
4) Ferment at 70F.
5) Rack to secondary after Gravity stops crashing, adding CHAMOMILE TEA?? and PMB. Leave for 7-10 days.
6) Add PMB when kegging.
