Notes

Using Cherrywood grain at about 3% of total grain bill. Goal is to not taste like an ash tray, but to have hints of a smokey, almost faint, BBQ taste.

Adding chit malt to see if this is a good substitute for the wheat grain for a nice foamy head. If not, then go back to wheat.

Acidulated malt to increase the Brew House Efficiency? I have been at about 55%-60% in the latest brews. If this doesn't help, then I am going full on water chemistry (starting with RO and building up).
