Notes

I don't have a wort pump yet so for the 10 minute mash out, I used a pyrex measuring cup to recirculate the beer:

1.) Pour 1 cup of sparge water over the draining mash basket
2.) Use the spigot to pull out one cup of wort and pour it back over the mash as well
3.) Repeat until the sparge water is used up.

Final result tastes like a Scotch Ale, might add frozen and crushed fruit next time.
