Notes

This recipe is specifically crafted to pair with cigars. Smokiness from the cherrywood malt, sweetness from the maple syrup and crystal malt, roast and oak from the chocolate malt and oak chips, and a full body all should nicely compliment and balance the bold flavors of a cigar.

Add (brewing-grade/Grade B) maple syrup at flame out, stir well to incorporate.

Rack to secondary after 7 days, add toasted oak chips. Taste after 7 days, leave for up to 14 days for more oak flavor.
