Notes

The original kit has the ABV of a Light Scottish Ale, 3.25 to 3.5 (calc 3.28). By increasing Amber DME from 1 lb to 2 lb the calculated ABV is 4.15, and specs match that of Export Scottish Ale (ABV 3.9-6). May consider a bit more DME to increase ABV to 4.5, which is still in range of Export Scottish Ale. Adding 8 oz of Bavarian Wheat DME (I have) increases ABV to 4.59%. Is the best option?
