For the The Sechseläuten April 21th, 2025 to drive out the winter and herald the spring.
Procedure. Feb. 24th w/ TIm Loftis
Mashed all grains in 145º-152º H2O for 75 minutes in new lautertern
Batch Sparged in 170º into boil pot.
Brought to boil and and added 1st 2 hops.
Added 2nd hops at 45 minutes and whirlfloc at 50 minutes
Added 32 oz of pureed Amarena cherries at 50 minutes
Chilled with wort chiller to 70º and pitch yeast
O.G. 1.067
