Notes

Beautiful, crisp red hue. Biscuity, nutty and bold malt character. Strong ale.

Don't be shocked by lack of early-boil hops. Larger quantities in the last 10 mins of boil will leave oxidation products of hop oils and plenty of IBU's. Pungent Floral and Spice flavors created from this to compliment malts.

Additional fining's optional, used for English pub-style beer. Will create that star-bright clear red hue with fast sedimentation of yeast.
