Extra additions
First Coffee Addition
7g Ground coffee beans should be add after mash when the malt pipe is first lifted and then reremove prior to boil once temperature reaches 95C
Lactose
440g of lactose to be added 15 min from end of boil.
Second Coffee Addition
16g of ground coffee beans to be added in sanitised hop bag to the FV after fermentation and then removed after 48 hours.
