Notes

Original recipe had 30g Hersbrucker Hops Bittering but use Halletau as I had some and very similar. Had Matueka which is about twice the AA of Saaz in original for flavour.
High amount of start water and higher grain bill to get larger batch A lot of help from a David Heath recipe and video on this one. Not brewed as yet.
