Notes

Georg wants a "thin and crispy" light coloured IPA with lots of Galaxy hops and some yeast haze. Sounds awful to me...

Using: Vienna Malt -Planet (Voyager)

Final Review:
This was very well received. It was a clean drinking summer IPA.

I diluted it from 6.05% ABV to 4.5% ABV by adding 8.3 litres of boiled, chilled and CO2 purged R/O water to the original 25 litres.

Most of the yeast flocculated at 4 degrees but there was sufficient haze left to please Georg. He's asked for a second batch with no recipe modifications, which I'm brewing today.
