Notes

I made a mistake by not reading what was writen on the sack of grain. Thus I added 1.4kg of Melanoidin rather than 200g. So I fiddled about with the grain bill until I got 20% Melanoidin and went with it. Hence the name, "Serendipitous Mischief"

I'm combining Simcoe and Columbus hops to justify the dark colour and maltiness. I hope to get some resinous character. I will dry hop with Vic Sectret in the hope of giving it more pine. The yeast is the one I was going to use for the intended recipe that I messed up.

Using: Vienna Malt -Planet (Voyager)

I added 2 litres of R/O water during to boil to maintain volume.

Ultimately 26 Literes into keg OG=1.050 exactly.
