circulate with pump
turn off heat
circulate 12.5 g of yeast nutrient
cool in kettle to 80 f
transfer to plastic primary with brew belt and Inkbird to keep at 80f


when done transfer to keg and prime

add flavor when counter pressure bottle filling.
