ALDC diacetyl enzyme added 12-30-24
Yeast did a fast start, with head blow off in the jar, then stalled for 12 hr then back to aggressive fermentation.
Started at 67, rose to 74 over 4 days and then back to 70 at dry hop.
First dryhop at 12-28-24. 2nd dryhop 12-30-24
conversion efficiency was poor with the larger grain bill. I would do a longer mash (90 min) and stir more often.
slow cold starting 1-6-25. kegged 1-8-24
