Notes

Bring 6.5 gall water up to 150 degrees. Add steeping grains in bag and continue to heat water to 170 degrees. Turn off heat and steep a total of 30 minutes from when you added grains.

Remove grain bag after 30 minutes and heat water to boiling. Once boiling, turn off heat and stir in DME. Bring back to boil and follow hop schedule.

Chill to 70 ish degrees and pitch yeast.

Ferment at 68 degrees;

Dry hop for 3 days after fermentation complete and package.
