Notes

Using pack of dry belgian ale from September, Will build into 1L starter which should get back to about 200B cells in the whole L. Will do standard 1 cup per gallon which will be high pitch rate hopefully compensating for relative lack of oxygen due to broken regulator. Will bank other 500 mL.
