I made a 5 gallon batch with 3 oz. of hops, that turned out WAY to vegetal. That was 1 oz. bittering, 1 oz. flavoring and 1 oz. aroma. Big mistake I was trying to get my BU/GU up to about 0.7 for the 6% gravity beer. This recipe only uses 1 oz. of EKG for bittering.

Fermentation Temp. 65 F (17.2 C)

Lallemand pitch rate calculator states 11g should be more than enough yeast.
