Notes
- Bring 3 gal water to a boil.
- Add 1lb Caramel Crystal + .75oz Hallertau
- At 40 minutes add steeping grains, 1lb sparkling amber.
- At 50 minutes, add flavorings & 4lb Munich.
- Remove from heat. Let chill to 170. Add extra water if needed to bring temperature down.
- Steep aroma hops at 170 for 10 addtl. minutes.
- Let cool, pitch yeast and add 3tsp vanilla extract.
